Class 2 – Freedom from the law is NOT an excuse to sin all we want

One of the major objections to the eternal security of the believer is “now that you are
saved you can sin all you want and still go to heaven.” Such a view fails to take into account the
believer’s new nature, the new desires and tendencies that result from this new position in Christ, and the
now present strength and energy of God that work through the new believer. Christians do not begin
living on a lower plane after salvation, but upon a higher plane if indeed their conversion was genuine.
